A deconstructed caramel apple with less time, but still all the flavor and fun. An easy and cute way for kids to have fun during a fall afternoon!
Is there anything else so iconic for Fall as the caramel apple? My easy caramel apple kits for kids is a great hands on way to enjoy a caramel apple without waiting for the caramel to set. Plus, kids and even adults can have the fun of adding an extra touch of sprinkles or any toppings they want to the apples!
Caramel is one of those things I have been nervous to make from scratch, but at some point you just have to go for it and this caramel sauce is both great tasting and easy to make. If making the caramel from scratch is not your thing then a good quality caramel sauce from the store will work just as well! These easy caramel apple kits for kids can be made in an afternoon and immediately eaten or saved for about a week. It's all about being intentional with the time we have and making special moments when we can.

Cozy Tips
- Gather all of the tools and ingredients ahead of time.
- Small jars, such as these mason jars are perfect for the caramel sauce.
- Add any sort of sprinkles in a zip lock bag with the top cut of and tied with a ribbon or string.
- The toppings can be anything you think of such as sprinkles, nuts, marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, etc.
- You can either cut the apple into slices and splash with lemon juice and place into a zip lock bag with a ribbon tied or leave the apple whole. I like the look of the apple whole!
- Any sort of ribbon or string can be used. You make it fun and exciting or rustic and simple. Here are some ribbons I used for mine. Mix and match the ribbons!
- Placing a sweet printable label to the jar or cellophane wrapper adds an extra special touch. Etsy has some great printable labels, such as these.
- Use a cellophane bag to tie all of the kit items together, this option works well.
