What Essential Oils To Use?
While you can use any essential oils you would like for your bath soak there are a few favorites. Lavender is easy one that can be used alone or paired with another oil. Ylang Ylang is another oil that smells great alone or together with Lavender. Geranium can used in a bath soak, which has a floral scent. Pair any of these oils with Orange and it becomes uplifting or keep it together with Lavender or Valor for a calming and relaxing soak. Any floral and citrus scent will work great with a bath soak to ease tired muscles and minds.
The Cozy Details
Step 1: Gather all of the ingredients. There are no set measurements to this process. I will usually measure out my Epsom salts based on how much will fit in the jar that I am using.
Step 2: Place the Epsom salts in a bowl and add about 5-10 drops of essential oil. Stir to combine.

Step 3: Sprinkle in the rose petals or dried flowers of your choice. Gently stir together.

Step 4: Place the mixture into a jar.

Now you can use the DIY Bath Soak you made in less than 10 minutes for a relaxing bath. When was the last time you took a few minutes to yourself? You deserve it!
