Ingredients for Creamy Tuscan Chicken Recipe
- Chicken Breasts (thinly sliced) or Tenders
- Flour
- Garlic Finely Chopped
- Italian Seasoning or Mix of Basil, Rosemary and Thyme
- Salt Pepper (To Taste)
- Olive Oil
- White Wine or Chicken Broth
- Heavy Cream
- Parmesan
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Basil Leaves

Step 1: Gather all of your ingredients, In a baking dish or in a Ziplock bag, mix the flour and a bit of salt and pepper. Lightly toss to coat the chicken in the flour.
Step 2: Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Cook the chicken on both sides for about 5-6 minutes each depending on thickness. Once cooked remove the chicken and set on a plate.
Step 3: With the pan and oil still warm on medium heat, place the spices and garlic into the pan. Stir occasionally to allow the spices to bloom and become fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Step 4: Pour in the wine or chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Stir around for a few minutes to release any bits from the pan.
Step 5: Once the wine or stock is bubbly, add in the cherry tomatoes.
